We really love the service here at Wrecker Warehouse. We have had to bring one of our older tow trucks in for service and were given a date and time to bring it and they were able to get us back on the road in a few hours and back on our way to work that night in Austin. Their service fees are pretty reasonable, too.We then worked with them on ordering a new tow truck, a Dodge Ram 4500 Heavy Duty with Jerr-Dan wrecker unit. We used their equipment funding resource and the deal was signed, sealed and delivered in a few days. We love the new truck and love the fine folks at Wrecker Warehouse! Will be back!

I had a great experience with Wrecker Warehouse of Texas. The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Their excellent customer service and expertise really stood out. Been bringing both my tow trucks here and couldn’t be happier. The service team is honest, reliable, and top of the line — they know their stuff and always get it done right. If you need a shop you can trust with your tow trucks, this is the place. Highly recommend!

we delt with Brent. we recently bought a 2020 freightliner, we bought it unseen due to coming from Galveston. when we arrived there were a few issues we were unaware of, but they made it right, fixed everything without question. honest people, selling honest trucks.
